How to change Website Text Size

Instructions for: Firefox - Internet Explorer - Google Chrome

Here you can find out how to increase the size of your text with the three most popular browsers. These settings will effect ALL websites you visit and not just wfccu.org. These instructions are also based on the latest version, older versions may not have the same options in the same place.

It is recommended you always use the latest brower, if your is an older version consider updating to the latest version.

FirefoxHow to Change Font Size or Text Size in FireFox Browser

Based on Firfox version 6.0.2

  1. Press Alt on the keyboard to show the Menu Bar.
  2. Click on View on the browser Menu Bar.
  3. Highlight Zoom with your mouse and notice that you now have 4 choices that will allow you to increase or decrease the zoom of the webpage.
  4. Click 'Zoom Text Only' to only zoom the text on the website and not the images.
  5. Follow Steps 1-3 again to get to the menu.
  6. Zoom In or Zoom Out and you will see a change in text size on this web page. You can also hold down <CTRL> and type "+" or "-" to change the zoom.
  7. To change the Zoom to default Select 'Reset' or <CTRL> and "0".

Internet ExplorerHow to Change Font Size or Text Size in Internet Explorer Browser

Based on Internet Explorer 8 and 9

  1. Click on Page on the Browser Bar.
  2. Highlight Text Size with your mouse and notice that you now have 5 text size choices ranging from Largest to Smallest.
  3. Click on the Size you Want and you will see a change in text size on this web page.
  4. To change zoom to default choose 'Medium' size

Google ChromeHow to Change Font Size or Text Size in Google Chrome

Based on Google Chrome 14.0.835.186

  1. Click on the Spanner Menu in the top right of the browser.
  2. Click + or - next to the Zoom option
  3. Click on the Size you Want and you will see a change in text size on this web page. This option changes the zoom for the entire page, not just the text.
  4. To change zoom to default set to 100%
